How do I pay for Shipping
Once you approve your shipping estimate and we lock in your preferred carrier, you’ll receive a secure invoice by email. To keep your Rustic Bohemian treasure on schedule, payment is kindly requested within 24 hours so we can finalize and process your order. Shipping can be paid through paypal, or directly through our website.

How will I know if something has Free Shipping
If an item includes free shipping, it will always be clearly noted in the product description. We want your shopping experience to feel effortless and transparent—just like the joy of discovering your next Rustic Bohemian treasure.

What if an item is damaged?
If your piece is ever damaged in transit, we’ll be right there to help you navigate the claim process with the carrier or third-party shipper. We always recommend adding shipping insurance—it’s truly worth it for the peace of mind and protection of your one-of-a-kind treasure. If you decide to decline additional insurance, a simple waiver will be required.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales at Liquid Vintage are final. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Each item is thoughtfully restored and artistically finished, and variations in texture, color, or character are part of the unique charm of handmade work. That said, your happiness truly matters to us. If you ever have concerns about your order, please reach out—we are committed to working with you and doing everything we reasonably can to ensure you love your Rustic Bohemian treasure.

How is Shipping Handled
PRIOR TO PURCHASE, PLEASE REACH OUT FOR A SHIPPING ESTIMATE. SHIPPING IS NOT FREE AT THIS TIME.
Size of item and delivery location will determine our method of shipping. Your item may come on a pallet, crated, boxed and in some cases minor assembly may be required. Pallet and crated items will be delivered to your driveway. White glove shipping will be carried inside to first floor and will require assistance at time of delivery. Smaller items will be boxed and delivered via FedEx. Furniture deliveries will require an adult to be present at time of delivery. Additional shipping charges may be incurred for NYC, Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard or any difficult delivery situations. The listing will be updated once shipping details have been agreed upon.
We will be in direct communication with you and provide you with your shipper's name, company name, contact information, and estimated transit times.

What is your Privacy Protection
Liquid Vintage is based in North Port Florida. This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services or its related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, any third party services you access.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
