My Story
I’m Lyne, Artist and Maker at Liquid Vintage.
I started painting furniture in my late teens, and honestly, the passion never left. Spotting a neglected piece on the side of the road or hiding in someone’s basement still gets my tail wagging.
Back when I was an interior designer, I had one constant struggle: finding furniture that didn’t look like it came from the same three catalogs and big box stores everyone else was using. I wanted soul. I wanted texture. I wanted something clients would walk up to and say, “Ohhh… WHERE did you get this, this is incredible”
Spoiler: I couldn’t find it. So I started creating it.
Liquid Vintage was born from my obsession with color, texture, and bringing forgotten vintage pieces back to life in the most artistic, expressive way possible. Instead of settling for cookie-cutter furniture, I began hand painting solid, character-filled pieces and turning them into functional art—treasures that feel collected, not manufactured.
Now, I spend my days layering colors, playing with artistic finishes, and transforming vintage finds into bold, personality-packed statement pieces for free-spirited homes. Because your furniture should make you smile every time you walk by.
