I started painting furniture in my late teens, and honestly, the passion never left. Spotting a neglected piece on the side of the road or hiding in someone’s basement still gets my tail wagging.
Back when I was an interior designer, I had one constant struggle, finding furniture that didn’t look like it came from the same three catalogs or a big box store everyone else was using. I wanted character. I wanted texture. I wanted something clients would walk up to and say, “Ohhh… WHERE did you get this, this is incredible” Spoiler alert: I couldn’t find it. So I started creating it. That is when Liquid Vintage was born. My obsession with color, character, texture and bringing forgotten vintage pieces back to life in an artistic, expressive way. Instead of settling for cookie-cutter furniture, I began hand painting pieces and turning them into functional art. Furniture that feels collected, not manufactured and not mass produced.
Now, I spend my days layering colors, playing with artistic finishes, experimenting and transforming vintage finds into bold, personality-packed statement pieces for free-spirited homes. Because your furniture should make you smile every time you walk by.
